Presta valve cores are the small, removable, threaded, brass mechanisms in the center of many bicycle tubes and tubeless stems that manage airflow and seal pressure. They are crucial for adding tire sealant directly through the stem and are easily replaced using a specialized 2-flatted valve tool.
